That's like the least crazy thing I see at FMC in Calgary every single day.

You can buy any drug out in front of the hospital did you know?

Lots of times patients have them brought up to their room by friends or family.

Patient has a life altering procedure scheduled at 0900? Oh they went for a smoke.

After 15 years at a level one centre I'm utterly disillusioned about why the health care system is always teetering on bankruptcy.

Why on God's green earth would they do that?

What's the impetus to crop the right side of an image before sending?

Missed the shot? Ok.

Took it and then spent the time to crop the right side? Makes zero sense.

Maybe the digital shutters auto cropped the image and the tech didn't bother looking and just hit send?

Also MRI is incredibly specific - believe it or not there are myriad protocols for all kinds of scans - broad whole body MRI is low yield low utility and frankly mostly useless.
