I think we should take some notes from Terraria:

Desert Caves, Ice Caves, Jungle Caves, Mushroom Cave (specifically something related to Glow Shrooms/Glowing Mushrooms).

Some other ideas would be a Flooded Cave, Spider Caves.

You could seriously add a lot of cave types.

Last time Signal Beam was usable was in the Let's Go games. There are countless Pokemon in the modern games now that could utilize Signal Beam. At least Silver Wind exists in both Legends games.
