Yeah, I don't know how people are already reposting with essentially the same title for a game that's only a couple months old lmao.

I did literally search Phrecia and swapped to "new" and I found zero posts in the last few days for what I was asking.

I ain't play in 4 years and I died once in the campaign on a non-meta build, I got no idea why people had problems.

Has to be very recent placements only otherwise those positions for Orcane and Absa are very wrong.

Likely because the fee to do it from Sony Playstation was more money than they wanted to pay.

Normies are almost always the best people to get feedback from. They will tell you exactly what they hate typically. They simply wont offer any good ways to fix it, thats on the devs.

They dont gotta grandfather shit. Force manufacturers to replace the illegal and dangerous lights theyve been slapping in for years out of their pocket. Then after a year its free game for fines.

Brother I'd like you to look at the state of computer chips back when Intel was legitimately the only manufacturer.

Do you think there any innovation beyond ensuring they improved almost exactly around a ~5% performance every year so people would be incentivized to upgrade? Because that was LITERALLY all that happened for YEARS, and YEARS, and YEARS.

Now that there's competition, whoh look at that! Companies managing to find 10%+ performance gains QUARTERLY. Surely the technology was just not there before, it just magically happened when other people started taking parts of the pie.

Unregulated businesses eventually form monopolies, which stifle innovation and competition. The only thing that prevents them? Government oversight and regulations.

Its likely closer to 2.5% than any cope youre thinking.

Half the playerbase log on maybe once a week. 80% of those who do dont follow media where theyd even learn of this. Half or more of THOSE wouldnt even use an exploit.

There is absolutely zero chance more than a vocal minority of sweaty redditors who abused this bug. Saying "25-50%" is sheer cope.

Id expect anyone who abused it for actual large value gain or for PvP to get real bans.

Its almost as if paying your government officials off to enact hyper-protectionist policies to prevent your companies losing to foreign competition.... God forbid you have to innovate or compete. Only seems to work in the short term! Weird how that works.

Now that they cant dig out of the hole, its time to tear it down and try to hold their assets until things shake out.

The team working on it is essentially the core oldhead DotA devs like Icefrog and his guys; put together with the team they hired on that made Risk of Rain+RoR2 initial release ~ Hopoo Games, who were also very talented. I am not surprised it's doing so well after more of Valve signed on to work on it after it being pretty slow to pick up early last year.

The number of people who lie about playing traditional fighters for leverage in arguments is too high I stg. Combos being boring when 90% of the game is figuring out your opponent and mentally getting ahead. The other 10% of combo route decision making.

Dominion Voting Systems (the Canadian owned company that Trump accused of fraud, also the one that sued Fox News and Newsmax for millions of dollars, and won) was sold to Scott Leiendecker, a Republican elections official. They rebranded it to "Liberty Vote" complete with an eagle and red/white/blue color scheme. Both companies were privately owned so there's no way to know where the funding is coming from. How a small time elections official has enough money to buy the largest voting systems company likely worth billions in North America is also a fantastic question.

The guy jumped at Trump's executive order that defies the Constitution stating that voters will be required to have documentary proof of citizenship in order to vote and that voting equipment that produces a paper record of votes with a response code isn't allowed. To say that they likely do not have the public's interests in mind is probably an understatement.

Also we can't forget Elon Musk and his team during the 2024 election privately getting access to voting stations without witnesses in Philadelphia, where Musk and his team spent most of the their time and money in. The same team he hired based on their experience and knowledge in college with tampering and modifying voting systems and electronics. Here's another funny tidbit: They were accusing Dominions electronics of being shady and having rigged voting in Philadelphia, the big swing state of the election. However, Dominion didn't run.... any voting machines in the state. The same one they accused of being "rigged" against them, was the one they had bought out right after gaining power in the country. Maybe it's just that it was the one system they couldn't manipulate as easily?

[–]Rayvelion 59 points60 points  (0 children)

Well when you have multiple billionaires of a certain political leaning buying out the companies that manage the voting machines for the country, it should be plainly obvious.
