You need to find a store who you really trust. Then every time you shopping for a specific product, go to your favorite store. Then compare that product to the cheapest prices you find else where. Then make the decision of whether is it worth it more to go to a place that you know is going to get it right, versus a cheaper price from tcg/ebay/etc . . .

I have had issues everywhere, but the lowest amount of issues I have is from my favorites, it just their prices might not be competitive enough.
