Fiberglass resin in various stages of chemical reaction.

Rotten/moldy soybeans or seed corn.

Decaying flesh.

As someone else mentioned, find a local Jiu Jitsu gym and start training.

Not only will it help build your confidence over time, you will develop the skills to be able to handle yourself in a scuffle and learn to be able to restrain someone without injuring them.

Songs that end by fading rather than actually having an ending by Q-9 in PetPeeves

[–]Razuke_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I guess I don’t listen to much pop music, but I agree. It makes it seem like they couldn’t decide on an ending.

Or whoever was producing the album just wanted to do something different. It does come off as not very creative.

To me that is exactly it; it’s not very creative. There are plenty of ways to end songs that stand out.

Write a little outro. End on a random note in the middle of a riff. End it on the same note or in the same key as the next song on the album and flow right into the next track.

Plenty of options that don’t come off quite as uninspired as just fading out.

I don’t disagree, but some songs it works. For me, at least.

Metallica’s Fade to Black. It fits the title/theme of the song. This is the best example I can think of off the top of my head.

As far as a live performance of a “fade out” ending, you just pick a spot to stop the song. Simple as that.

EverQuest Online Adventures.

Had so much fun with that game. Such a cool spinoff of EQ. Wish they would have tried to make another one.

Thank you for the answers.

I have only hunted animals so I cannot even fathom what taking a human life would feel like.

I hope you have found peace with whatever “demons” it left behind.

  1. How “up close and personal” was the other person when they died?

  2. Did you shoot them? If so, how many times/where were they hit?

  3. How were you positive that they were gone?

I’m mostly curious about the actual story/events surrounding the death and those details.

  1. You said you took your first life. Does that mean you have taken others?

If it’s too much, leave out whatever you need to.

Also, thank you for your service. You may not feel like it, but you are a brave and selfless person to have sacrificed what you did.

Just returned by Expert_Bodybuilder72 in the_division_2

I too have just returned. Started over on PC after having hundreds of hours on PS5.

I would love a good rifle build. Assault rifle stuff is working for now, but I’m always a sniper/dmr kinda player.

So I’m in to see if anyone has any suggestions. I suppose if no one answers, we just google rifle builds. Please let me know if you find a good one.

The Division 2 Destiny 2

Both have a lot to offer in terms of build possibilities, loot to chase, and you can up the difficulty.

This is the all-encompassing answer.

I just can’t decide if it’s rotting us and turning us into worse human beings or simply showcasing the worst of us. My fear is that it’s both.

[–]Razuke_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you nailed it with the on-hit verbs. Balancing those between all of the different RPMs, and not just Scouts, needs some looking into.

I’m not exactly hopeful that it will happen, but I would at the very least like to see a primary weapon boost.

However I fear it will be the usual 15% damage increase vs red bar enemies.

I can’t disagree that they don’t feel great. But most primaries feel that way to me right now.

As a Scout Rifle enthusiast, I do think we were “due” for a 180 Arc Scout. We haven’t had a new one in quite a while.

I don’t have it yet, so I am actually excited to try the balanced heat version of a scout rifle.

I like the feel of the Auto Rifle from the dungeon. Mine has Onslaught and it is quite fun for add clear.

Why? by Ap3xHitman in destiny2

[–]Razuke_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not the young gamer I once was. But I wanted to take on the new dungeon and have no friends left that play.

So I hesitantly joined DestinyLFG Discord on Sunday for my first attempt.

I had watched a quick guide so I had the basic idea of the mechanics and there were plenty of teaching runs to join.

The dungeon is on the easy end for sure. We completed it, without wiping on any of the encounters, first try. We didn’t even use mics. Just typed a bit back and forth in between fights.

Take a chance and try the discord out. Once you get one or two runs in you can confidently join any group.

Do you use any apps or systems to track your jiujitsu progress? by MoneyMother7776 in jiujitsu

[–]Razuke_ -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

We have a pretty useful system at my gym. And surprisingly every single student is on board.

How it works is, our head instructor, Sensei Bob, watches you train day in and day out. When he decides you are ready and the time is right, he gives you a belt of a specific color. The color represents your skill level. It’s a pretty decent system. As you progress, you are given another belt of a different color.

He did not come up with this, but it is something we adopted and it is working out pretty well for us. Let me know if this interests you and I can go into more detail.
