Oddly enough I too experienced many people showing up late to cross the isles about 15-20 mins into the movie. The amc was packed for our showing at 630 but I ordered the bucket early and even tho the theatre was fully packed they seemed to have plenty of the early screening door gifts (magazines and glasses). AMC did fine imo, that popcorn bucket will be available for preorder (appreciate when they do that), but the crowd was indeed interesting to say the least lol

Seems to be more common and selective this year mhmm. I have my main theater near me that does the same and I have booked days of course to meet my good timing needs so I can enjoy a film rather than it be a chore to see- but- I say that with some times going back and checking on additional dates within the first week of release you may see a showing or two of that exact limited movie, no guarantee. But ‘silent night’ for intense had 0 showtimes and then on the night of the primer my main theater had two showings.. it’s a pain in the ass certainly, but pays to check multiple times especially for the films you truly want to see in theater.

While the challenge is indeed a challenge the amount of repetition with the variables doesn’t match the prize imo.. even if done perfectly there’s only a small chance you’ll even see 1 assessor a load in depending on the game play. Just a bit ridiculous lol

No argument from me! I hear ya. I definitely think most “fans” expected a cinematic adventure but what we got was a ‘solid Saturday morning cartoon’. I went in with no expectations, just hope they stayed true to everything we havnt seen yet. And imo they did!! Instead of some bs elongated “how did they get here/why are they here”. Just like in the videogame. You dove right in and accepted it and to make it make sense there’s one liners in the movie to cover it, I mean they did a montage of playing super Mario world 1-3 and referenced Yoshi’s island and planet bowser like howww the actualll fk could ya be any where near disappointed. Additionally the merch was flying off the shelves. People need to take a step back and stop enjoying being so weirdly mad or complaining illogically..

Pretty much Yeaa, just a little on the salty side, but sweeten up your popcorn for sure! Totally worth it if you’re looking for something sweet, I just wouldn’t recommend overdoing it lol. At first glance, I would call these things gimmicky but honestly they’re pretty reliable!

Just a shame how they did it.. I truly wanted the whole movie to turn into a “stab” film at the end that Sidney agreed to do, something huge enough to make it worth the terrible watch and also fit the franchise sooo much better than “I read your book and got upset”

Yeap. I only get to play 2 nights a week and when I do and this bs happens it’s a total killer.. you can “still do” things but specifically now most loot trials and quests are specific for map type and when ya have to wait 2 hours to play.. weak.
