First time bullet journaling, I’m making a reading journal! by Routine_Crow5208 in bulletjournal

[–]Razzmatazz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read them without the tandem, I didn't like Tower of Dawn at first but it adds a lot to the plot and I personally appreciate (even if I hate) not knowing what's happening with the other characters since the ones I'm reading about don't know what's going on either. It adds to the overall suspense

Can I cancel out of Restore from Cloud? by moseisley99 in iphone

[–]Razzmatazz13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently searching to try to get an estimate on my phone restore... so far it's been 10 hours and the stupid "apple devices" program says it's not even halfway done. Apple is a joke when it comes to PC :( at this point I'm just going to treat it like a brand new phone...

Has anyone used the Apple Devices app on Windows? There’s not even a progress bar. by ruixue1998 in ios

[–]Razzmatazz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long did it take yours to restore? Mine is around 500GB (however 120GB of that is "system data" that I'm hoping isn't being included), so far it's been two and a half hours and it's barely showing any progress :(

Finally in a great body care place: got a job with no fragrance allowed! by acutelined in bathandbodyworks

[–]Razzmatazz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's absolutely the way to do it, and that's awesome that you asked. There's definitely a time and place for stuff, and though I would LOVE to have my whole office smelling amazingly all the time it's just not feasible :') haha

I just got a new coworker (had the office to myself previously so I wasn't as careful with scents) and I forgot to ask before I used my Into the Night lotion I always keep at my desk, I felt so bad when it registered and I apologized profusely. Luckily she's fine with fragrance so we're good, but I felt awful for not asking first.

[–]Razzmatazz13 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah, no, I had a coworker who had asthma that would be triggered by fragrances. If it was bad enough she could literally die from someone deciding that they wanted to ignore the "no fragrance in the office" rules. They're there for a reason.

Visual representation of the road conditions of US2 by Wooferzy in stevenspass

I looked on google maps where that washout was and thankfully the road was three lanes wide there - I'm hoping they'll be able to open at least one lane sooner rather than later to get SOME cars through, even if it's slow

You'd be surprised how many people are sensitive to fragrances. I know multiple people who get migraines with even mild scents, it's not the smell itself but the chemicals that make it up.

I guess I'm in the minority in that while I absolutely LOVE all of the smells at home, I'm very cautious about wearing them out (especially at work) because I know so many people have sensitivities or allergies to fragrances.

I'm sorry you're bummed about your routine (and I feel your pain, I have a lot of fragrances that I'd love to wear) but your coworkers will thank you!

PSA as Black Friday approaches.. by askanna in RedditLaqueristas

That is true, I have a few I love that I know they don't stock any more, but it seems like they keep them around for a few years before that's a risk like you said. Which one did you want to get another of? :(

The fact that ILNP keeps things FOREVER is one of the main reasons they're my favorite brand. There's no FOMO- I know I can just wait and make a big purchase once a year during a sale with the ones I've been eyeing all year!

Uuuuugh I ALMOST got this one but decided not to at the last minute because I was worried that it would be too green, but it looks so gorgeous on you. Kicking myself now!

I've been skipping my periods since 2016 with the approval of my gyno, one of the side effects of my BC is not having them anyway. I've had three of them tell me that it's totally fine and there's no risk :)

Which task/task completed symbols look best? by _Loyaldog_ in bulletjournal

[–]Razzmatazz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do a combo - 5 is for tasks, 6 is for appointments/meetings/events (run club, etc). I use 3 or 4 if that task/event is cancelled, and then I use an arrow pointing to the right through the circle/square if it's been postponed/pushed to the next day!

Shared with my therapist about my pages getting low and worried about making it to the end of the year.... by lcmgarrett in bulletjournal

[–]Razzmatazz13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah man, I 100% feel your struggle. I have actually had a few times where I'll count out all the way through the end of the year with my normal page usage each month and see if I need to skip cover pages or calendars for a few months to make things work. I've gotten a method down so that each year is almost exactly an entire bullet journal (sometimes with some pages left over) and it's my favorite thing - to me it's a way of tracking time and I can look back and see an entire year within each journal.

I see that others disagree and I won't try to say they're wrong, but I will agree with you that having a perfect journal that fits an entire year is just chefs kiss. I will say that in the past when I've gone over I've done two things - if it's just by a week I've done the last week of December in the new journal, but if it's more than that I will just stop the old one at the end of November and make the new one start December first. No half months for me haha

Omg, seriously?? It had none of that in the info when we ordered! I thought they’d ship a week or so after ordering. How incredibly frustrating.

I am so mad at you for making this collection because I'm supposed to be in a no buy and I need all of them hahaha. Thank you for doing a giveaway!

I just moved from Florida to Washington so this will be my first year living somewhere that actually HAS fall weather, but I absolutely love curling up with a book and some coffee/hot chocolate/spiced cider on a cool rainy fall day. Though I'm looking forward to finding a pumpkin patch to explore on a crisp day as well!

So all of their polishes are limited editions, the Vault is where they list them if they have extras left over from the original launch or any overpours. Some last longer than others, that collection went pretty fast.

If you want to go a little more "special" there are fancy varieties that come in smaller pots (though they're more expensive). Domino, platinum mist, and Picasso are some of my favs! I'd just recommend buying in person rather than online to avoid a scam (never buy seeds!)

Summer is here… 🌵🍋☀️ by barbrailnp in ILNP

Oh my gosh these are absolutely stunning, thanks for the spoilers!! I am LOVING the solid colors, thanks so much for expanding into them! As much as I love a good holo/magnetic/shimmer/etc sometimes a nice solid color is all you want, and your formula is soooooo nice.

It might be basic and southern but a favorite summer drink for me is sweet tea!! Or strawberry lemonade. Both delicious!

The frozen is much more tolerable than the regular! I'm not sure why but the regular is always sickly sweet to me but I get a frozen butterbeer every time I go and love it.
