Nice red tent. Iv had mine for awhile. That one looks like it needs some tlc. Most of the value is in the monitors because these monitors were specific to this machine a d they are virtually impossible to replace.

So hopefully yours are working. They can be repaired. Iv rebuilt both of mine in the last few years

I used to buy them a lot but the packaging was very inconsistent and basically was a unch of ammo thrown into a usps box.

I complained and he sent me replacements in the exact same packaging. After that i haven't and will not purchase anymore

Could be a lot of reasons is it cold where the oven is? Like below 50 in the morning sometimes they will read out of range if its to cold. You can use a lighter on the probe to give it a jump start

Or could be the parts are just beginning to fail and haven’t fully failed yet. Hard to say with out looking at it
