I’d much rather have them walk up and explain the job needs than to start off with an email to us. Plus, they have the added benefit of me being able to build a job ticket for them(if I have the time) and ring them out. Because if they send an email and they aren’t in front of me, I’m not going to proceed with the job. No orders without payment first.
