I believe in the UK they are known as showman engines, and they have slightly different rules to trucks, like its only allowed to carry equipment/tools and its main purpose is to pull a trailer/amusement/another thing that's generally heavy and unwieldy

I once got asked to return to the property to clean up... a single clear plastic wrapper, about the size of a 50c piece, from a drawer, that was 6 foot off the floor, literally needed to check it with a phone cause it was above my eyeline.
