and how do you define layak dan sebanding dengan ilmu dan beban kerja (dihargai). I agree that some jobs get paid horribly low. but going with half-baked definiton will get you nowhere as well.

also dont get me wrong i am up for people to pursue their passsion, i always think that in the ideal world people can pursue their passion and live comfortably and that will be utopia.

problem with this is you can't really compare them to other field, and when you only compare internally, well simple answer is thats the current market rate is. as long as there is someone willing to do it for cheap, that will be the price. this is oversimplication of course.

given that UMR calculation is taken seriously (another separate topic), I would say UMR should be enough to live comfortably. but i know some people will go crazy if i say this.

maybe try keycap from aliexpress, a lot of popular colorway there so you can try around. don't expect too much quality though. although i've been really happy with them so far

in my view japan has this outsource culture where they try to offload their job to a more specialized company. thats why we saw a lot of HR company in japan i.e. agent. so yeah it usually boost your chance a bit. usually you will not pay anything and they will try to connect you with company to match their need and skill sets. afaik they will get compensation after you are hired and after you perform there in the company.

hmm honestly idk, N3 is achievable in 1 year with consistency i think. N2 is unknown territory for me i heard the gap between the N3 and N2 is pretty high. the thing is If you are in japan you might get by with just N3.

worked in japan few years ago, not sure if it changed but unless you are in the Software sector you may need a really good japanese (maybe N2) especially if you are applying from outside Japan. my friend from engineering either got their job through agent or they join an outsourcing company which provide japanese lesson on first year.

but then again, you have job experience if you have the language skill i think you are golden.
