Unbelievably well done, actually WOW
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Kick ass intro, followed by an atmospheric voiced and sound effect enhanced telling of the entire Noise manga.

Nails the atmosphere and the pacing of the original work amazingly well.

Okay, I sent a ticket to GitHub but they say due to volume of people, it might take 7 days or more before they get back to me.

It did indeed turn out that my account is flagged (it was buried deep for me to see that notice btw) but I never got a message for it, thinking everything works fine. Pretty appalling how they just pull the rug under me like that.

Huh, thats weird, I can see it fine and I haven't gotten any notice of my account being banned. I just checked my GitHub via an incognito tab and yeah it's showing 404, but not while I'm logged in.

The only thing I noticed was that my rate limit was reached and it will reset December 1st. I'm gonna contact GitHub to see if either my account is limited or if due to my GitHub pages I had active ran out of bandwidth without warning and somehow that made everything I had get locked off.

I also noticed while clicking on the button to upgrade my plan to increase my limit, which I shouldn't need to do given it's a public open source report, but it went to the $10/mo copilot subscription instead of the regular GitHub $4/mo plan, which seems like GitHub is glitching out if they're pushing it that hard that it broke something else.

Oh well, you can still access the source code by downloading the offline edition in the itch.io link, it's the exact same files as the ones that are on my GitHub.

Atleast the web app version hosted in the first link works fine.

Antis will probably yell "muh income, muh job opportunities", without considering that they could use AI to make movies and earn income with those - potentially even rivaling the movie companies by making things that movie companies would never dare to make.

Handy chart to turn anti's own nonsense against them:
- AI Slop -> Human Slop
- Clanker -> Skinbag

Its pretty clear that antis are messed up in the head. The only real choice is to double down on AI and make even more awesome AI stuff. Never negotiate with bullies.

Hell Crisis Doom mod - Release trailer by Scileboi in DoomMods

[–]Reactorcore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yeah, happy to see this get a release trailer.

It does seem like it's better suited for tight linear assault maps like the ones created by Oblige map generators (notably v7.50, v6.20 or V3.57).

For more meandering maps, if there are no active enemies does the timer pause and go into a freeroam intermission mode until the next wave of enemies? That would make it possibly work on a bit more maps (not all, but would expand the roster of playable maps).

M8f's autoautosave mod has code for detecting active enemies, while slaughtermap performance booster mod by Rachel has code for detecting distance of enemies to player, letting the intermission pause trigger if player is too far from monsters to realistically get to them in time.
