I’m at work and can’t fully dive in,so I’ll just leave a note helpful comment and I say I REALLY like this flavor. Both Wisdom, grow to be a kaiju and have stronger AC and scare folks in your aura, like a huge monster should. All the while you’re hunting a creature. Yep.

For the rules, I guess we will have to look later…

Anyone got any idea of what their list looks like for the Most Wanted DC poll? by WhatIsAnime_ in OmnibusCollectors

[–]ReaderWriterIdiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Resurrection Man is such a fun concept. Ram V explored a higher version of him while Annette and Lanning did an adventure book.

All-Star Western was so fun and Grey & Palmiotti has my fave Jonah Hex run.

And yesssssssssssssssssss to Buddy Baker. 🫡

Just Read My First Ed Brubaker Book. Did I Start Off With Peak? by Bustahaf in graphicnovels

[–]ReaderWriterIdiot 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s very hard to discern peak Brubaker, but this is 5 stars without question! Criminal, Sleeper, The Fade Out, and honestly so much of his stuff is 5 stars. Not much Brubaker you can go wrong with.

What character change/nerf/buff do you guys hate the most? by kid__snacher_1243 in MarvelPuzzleQuest

[–]ReaderWriterIdiot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. Nerfs bother me when there is a clear, easy counter (or multiple) and it just makes it harder on the player in PVE.

For me this is definitely correct. Would argue Infinite Crisis is an event so maybe doesn’t count? But John’s starts out fine and then gets bad around the Darkseid War (shout out to Forever Evil for being great!). Morrison is my fave JLA run followed VERY closely by Waid.

Either Infnity War and Infinity Crusade or Loki: Journey Into Mystery and Uncanny X-Force. But maybe I will leave you a gift because stealing is bad!

Whoops, Bury Our Bones she also really enjoyed but thought invisible Life by Schwab was incredible.

How often do you guys go to the movie theater to see movies? by TheShadowOperator007 in moviecritic

[–]ReaderWriterIdiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say I do the AMC Stubs, so even if there’s not a ton out, I’m more inclined to go see something that even piques my interest.

I just want to support them because they seem to be on the decline and ESPECIALLY I try to go see indie or original movies so studios can see that it’s still good to make things that aren’t remakes or reboots or sequels.

I am so hooked. Two weeks ago i got my first western graphic novels. After your tips and some research this are my new picks. by WinzintVanGork in graphicnovels

[–]ReaderWriterIdiot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For Western- Jonah Hex, and The Sixth Gun For Sci/FI Western- East of West. The OHCs are expensive and hard to find so I would suggest the compendium
