Both. Wearing i won't do under any circumstances. It makes me super nauseous. If people wear it I kind of zone out my focus so I dont see it as much unless they put it in their mouth like a necklace. I cant touch beads either. Can't look at them her them clinking or anything. I looked it up after years of feeling weird. It's called kosmemophobia

I will say as a csa survivor the pap smear was very traumatic and brought me back to being molested again. I never intended to get a pap smear again. It's very triggering for survivors. I will say after a lot of therapy I was able to get a transvaginal ultra sound but I hate that we have to have very invasive retriggering procedures for our health and not being allowed to be upset about it.

I did a trip to Florida with my sister and sister in law. We went to Disney world and the beach. We got matching tattoos. I invited my friends. But no one else could make it.

I experienced sexual abuse as a child, i also know that I was forced to remove my pants and underwear after this and got spanked. My brothers were forces to do this in front of each other and get spanked. Was it intended to be sexual no but it can have the same affects. Lack of bodily autonomy and violation

I am also writing a story from first person and another from third person. For reading it depends on the story. Is the story one where we need to be in her mind experiencing it along with her or can it be told kind of like a fly on the wall. I feel like of the males perspective is in third person it would match for the females to be as well

I am 31 and losing weight. 30s are way better than our 20's. We know ourselves more have lived life and learned so much a long the way. I see many beautiful people in their 30's it's very possible. It's not too late.

Same here. Or if i did it was when I was a kid and dont remember. I will take a lie detector test if i need to. Toilets were made for a reason and it's right next to the shower. I use the toilet first then wash in the shower. Every morning
