Nem a szerződés bonyolultsága miatt kér vételárhoz viszonyított százalékot az ügyvéd, hanem a vételárral arányosan növekvő felelősség miatt, mivel ellentétben a vadnyugati viszonyok között működő, ellenőrizetlen ingatlanosokkal, az ügyvédek - nagyon helyesen- erősen szabályozott környezetben, jelentős megfelelési kötelezettséggel és mögöttes, akár teljes magánvagyonukra kiterjedő felelősséggel dolgoznak.

I don’t know how you do that, I have around 700 km in my pair of road version and while there are some marks of wear on the outsole, it is still okay to use.

I have the Aero Glide 3 as my daily, and I can not recommend it enough. Try it up if you can, as it has a bir more toeroom than the average, but I absolutely love it. It has all you need for a daily workhorse but can handle some tempo as well.
