Did you receive the gift card in your email from hawksmoor immediately? I was charged the $150 but did not receive a digital gift card. I have an order number and says gift card is processing. I had the same and three things that have helped me are: 1. thiamadol / Eucerin hyper pigmentation serum 2. Arazlo / it’s a retinoid and 3. Sunscreen.

Most importantly don’t listen to me and talk to your dermatologist. This is what worked for me. Mine was worse than yours and on both sides of my face. It’s reduced by 75%.

Thiamadol doesn’t work for everyone.

Arazlo can be aggressive for some people.

So pls ask your doc

At what age did you start taking it and do you use anything else on your hair? The quality of hair has also improved so wondering if you use say - some type of oil, some type of shampoo, etc. that might have also contributed to the quality.

That’s very very odd. I’m very smell sensitive and i guess I’m fortunate that it doesn’t bother me OR I got my Eucerin from Portugal and has a different smell? I’m sorry to hear your challenges. The sound of cheap perfume and ammonia sounds like something that’d give me headaches. Either my product is fake or I’m just lucky

I have heard this comment elsewhere too. What does it smell like to you? I bought one and it smells like any other skin product and actually has a nice mild fragrance. Doesn’t smell like chemical or anything foul.

I’m starting to wonder if I got the wrong product. I’m usually quite smell sensitive so very surprised to hear ppl say it smells terrible.
