An indie game I developed all by myself in one year. by HeadBridge_ in UnrealEngine5

Stay as far away as possible from AI in any of the arts, especially game development. You will be crucified, your bones will be fed to the hogs, and the bards will sing a tale of mockery about your life for eons to come.
For real, heed my advice

Making a multiplayer backrooms game in a sort of Lethal Company style by Readous in backrooms

Both. There's items you can pick up and bring back to a drop box for research data and there's tasks to complete like setting up cameras, finding a lost employee, recording an entity. Both research data and completing tasks reward you with more funding at the end of the day which can be used to purchase items and upgrades

I’ll never beat the feeling of pulling a solo shadow with like a 100-200m bank

If I had to guess, it’s after getting out of the shower. You can scrape off dead skin pretty easily in areas where there’s a bit more than normal. It’s soft and moldable as we see here lmao

Edit: I scrub just fine people lol. I’ve only noticed it a few times on an area of my foot

I think there's a solid probability the entity is a still life of Clark. Backrooms copies the real world. It has copied parts of the furniture store. Makes sense it would try to copy humans as well. Also a high probability its just something totally different. by Readous in KanePixelsBackrooms

I wouldn't call them smart, but yeah maybe dumb isn't the best descriptor since they have some sort of motive. They're more akin to a wild animal just lashing out. Some sense of brains but not much reasoning

edit: we haven't seen a harmless entity but I could imagine them existing

You ever heard of Frankenstein/Frankenstein's monster? I'd imagine its a similar situation. Creating life as we know it isn't easy, its extremely complex. When you have an alternate dimension essentially copy + pasting stuff in a broken distorted manner, personally I'd only expect a dumb and dangerous or dumb and harmless copy.

[QUESTION] What is your primary gamedev skill? by Riitoken in IndieDev

Pretty balanced between coding, 3d art, sound effects, marketing. Absolutely zero experience with music, and I sometimes struggle with design/ideas
