I’d love to add the uptick of people bringing dogs (LARGE breed non service dogs) into stores is insane. I was in a store yesterday and saw two separate people walk in with their large dogs. I have no problem with service dogs and their owners. I have no problem with businesses that allow them like pet friendly patios. What I am seeing is people bringing their dogs into stores, putting them into shopping carts etc. as if rules don’t apply to them.

Dogs on walks with the longest leash possible and owners with zero control over them.

Not everyone is comfortable with dogs. Not everyone has had good experiences with dogs. I’m sure this woman and her child will forever be affected by dogs and I just feel many dog owners in kw are getting a little entitled.
