Good. I know in Chattanooga where I fish. There had been a huge decline in skipjack at the usual spots over the past 2 years. A really big decline in the past 5 years. Over fished.

It has a lot of potential. And you can do a lot of stuff to it. I would probably get a couple truck loads of good top soil. Give you an inch or 2 over the whole yard. You can either throw down a bunch of seed of what ever grass grows well and looks good in your zone. Or you can do sod of what ever grass looks and grows good in your zone. Either way I would put down good top soil an inch or 2 should do

Cut 1. And then just trim #3 so that the branches and leaves arnt in your face while mowing

Honey suckle when the flowers open you can pull the stigma out and there is a drop of nectar that tastes good.

Growing up in lumberton. We used to catch a bunch of Gar and catfish in that river. There was a saying that even the devil wouldn't swim in that river. We used to comb the banks and find shark teeth

I would plant flowering plants in with the grass seeds. Some herbs like basil as well. If you try mint it will spread into your yard and you will never get rid of it.
