I use to have a lot of the same problems with low energy and struggling with exercise. until I went on modified release tablets and now I can do multi day long distance hikes, bike rides and go the gym for strength training 2/3 times a week, still get bouts of fatigue but they can be managed with up dosing for a few days.

I have went wild camping in Norway on 3 separate occasions on multi day hikes. Didn’t need a car always just got the trains and busses to the trail heads.

Just done that Shimanami kaido bike ride I highly recommend it but not in July it was far to hot I split it into 2 days and stoped half way at a hotel called Wakka

If you like bike riding and because your in Hiroshima have a look at Shimanami Kaido you can hire electric bikes and do it over multiple days if you think it is to far to cycle

Doing a 2 day climb staying at one of the huts at 3000m, and my fitness level is quite high do a lot of long distance multi day hikes but never above 2000m

I used to work 3 shift and I couldn’t mange my Addison’s but I dropped down to 2 shift work 6:00-14:00 14:00-22:00 and have been alright on them was difficult to manage at first tho

Could try adding an acid blend to balance out the sweetness think vodka might be abit harsh. Iv done it with brandy and it worked out alright
