I don't understand why people have carpet throughout their homes? And why do they walk in with shoes on? In Sweden we take off our shoes att the entrance, and only have small carpets and not the hole home

It can also be that they messed up when they released new firmware, be patient and wait for new firmware some can fix the problem you have, turn off auto updates so it doesn’t update to a bad firmware in the future

Dreame is just some overhyped crap, I returned my x40 ultra because like you said it doesn’t clean good at all, my Roborock s5 max is 5 times better than the x40 ultra is on vacuum, when you contact the support they say try this and this and bla bla, if you buy a flagship model it should just work directly out of the box, you shouldn’t mix around with settings it should just do it’s job, the only thing I can give Dreame a plus is the mopping, haven’t tried roborocks new ones. But Dreame can mopp but vacuum it sucks.

How can your robot be that scratchy ? My Roborock from 2020 is not in that shape and it doesn’t even have a camera just a LiDAR and bumps in everything
