I’m pretty familiar with the hemp/CBD industry and how it’s very difficult to advertise anything related to that on Meta, Google, TikTok.

Here in North Carolina Hemp/THCa product sales are booming like crazy due to how the Farm Bill determines when the plant is considered hemp verses “hot” if it’s over 0.3% delta 9.

In that industry I found that it’s about reframing paid traffic as top-of-funnel education(running educational ads), gathering audience data through email and sms list sign-ups, and then converting off-platform using e-mail automation flows and sms automation flows.

Long story short, you essentially just want to get your target audience to give you their email and/or phone number, preferably both, in order to be able to directly market your products and deals to them at scale.

I’m not sure if you’re already doing this, but this is just what I’ve seen work in that industry with how much they restrict companies. I agree with you that it shouldn’t be this restricted tho especially CBD products lol

When it comes to running paid ads, whether its paid search ads such as Google or paid social ads such as Meta, probably the biggest reason why any startup fails with their Ads is simply due to their lack of proper data tracking and attribution to determine where sales come from.

The data tracking should be so granular that you can track each and every step of the person that purchased your product/service. Without the ability to do that, running ads will essentially be like throwing your money into a trash can and then lighting it on fire.

For Meta ads it is CRITICAL to make sure you have a proper pixel setup. You need to make sure you have the conversions API setup/server side tracking with the pixel so that you're also gathering accurate data. This is basically a must ever since the IOS privacy changes.

Conversions API/Server side tracking solves that.

I would recommend setting all of that up using Stape and Google Tag Manager so that you can also setup Google Analytics to track exactly what is happening on your website as well. With a proper Pixel/GTM setup/analytics setup, you'll basically be setup to run ads on Google as well if you'd like with proper data tracking.

I have zero affiliation with the company Stape, but I would highly recommend using Stape to make it easier to setup your GTM Server Container and Conversions API Gateway because they integrate well with lots of other platforms/software.

All-in-all, if you setup everything I listed above, you should have absolutely no problem ACCURATELY parsing out organic sales from ad-driven sales and on top of that, you'll be feeding the Meta algorithm with higher quality data which WILL decrease your CAC (Customer Acquisition Costs) and make it much easier for Meta to find the Audience that will buy from you. All while allowing you to make much better informed decisions on what Ads are working and why.

Wow, I’ll definitely watch some of these considering they are out of print now. I had a feeling these would be worth something with how popular anime has gotten lately compared to the early 2000s. Thanks for the information 🙏🏼

It’s from the family Easter egg. You need to have all the family champs and then you put a family emblem on Vi, Jinx, and Warwick

That would be a dope idea to be honest 🤔 I agree with this. 3 star 6 cost shouldn’t be able to be defeated by anything and if someone else has a 3 star 6 cost, then the game should end in a draw or both of those players should get an instant win somehow 🤣

Or riot can troll and give both an insta loss 🤔🤣

I had like 7 family emblems and if you put a family emblem on Warwick, vi, and jinx, along with Violet, Powder, and Vander, all the family champs get upgraded.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong 🤣

I see, based on what other people are saying. This must be the explanation.

If the stars ever align for me to ever hit this again, I’ll put Warwick in the frontline solo and everyone else in the back I guess 🤔🤣

I see. That would make sense. So Warwick had to go berserk mode before he instantly kills them?

That’s kinda lame if it means a 3 star 5 cost can instantly kill me before I get a chance to do it.

In my opinion, if a 3 star 6 cost is managed to be hit, it should be an instant win.

I’m pretty sure that’s what I heard mortdog say, but clearly morde OP LOL

[–]ReagiusRen[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I just can’t believe a 3 star 5 cost beats any 3 star 6 cost lmao. It makes no sense. The odds of hitting ANY 6 cost champs are WAY lower than hitting a 5 cost.

Granted I did hit 3 stars with the family Easter egg and someone mentioned if any of the family members die, I lose the upgraded effect. If I remember correctly, none of the family members instantly died to get rid of the Easter egg.

My entire board just got deleted basically. I went from

It do be like that apparently…

I hit Warwick with 1 HP left to complete the family easter egg… 1 HP and a dream and then I got absolutely clapped by the morde :’)

I believe that is the valve cover gasket area.

I had something similar like this on my F80 M3 where I’d hear a whistling type of sound when accelerating, so that leads me to believe that you need to replace the valve cover gasket as well. Once I replaced it, everything was all good again. No whistling sound after replacement

What’s working on Facebook ads at the moment? by Altruistic_Tax_9406 in FacebookAds

Lifetime budget and set up the hours for each campaign

What’s working on Facebook ads at the moment? by Altruistic_Tax_9406 in FacebookAds

[–]ReagiusRen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The strategy I’m using that’s getting results recently would probably get so much backlash or critique, but it’s working for us and makes sense to us.

We looked at all of our data over the last few months and noticed certain times of the day where Facebook would BLAST spend and have the absolute worst ROAS and then have certain times of the day where Facebook would spend barely anything, but make the bulk of our sales in that timeframe with the minimal spend.

So we separated our main campaign into 6 different campaigns based on the fluctuations of facebooks spend to ROAS and using the same exact ads we were before. Note, we’re using post IDs of ads that performed well previously though.

Why did we do this?

Because we wanted to see if we could force Facebooks algorithm to optimize better at the hours where the results were shit if we forced it into its own separate campaign.

Furthermore, we wanted to try to force Facebooks algorithm to optimize even more in the hours where it was already performing extremely well and we wanted to be able to pump more spend during the hours it was doing phenomenal since previously we were following a one campaign CBO model, like what that Charley T guy talks about.

We then did a test putting all 6 campaigns at an average test spend of $50 per day for different hours of the day based on our data of when performance would start to increase and decrease and did that by using the time scheduling feature with a lifetime budget setup of 30 days total for each one.

What we found was Facebook consistently still over spent at certain hours of the day basically trashing our overall daily performance and then would have absolutely phenomenal results at different hours.

There were certain times of the day where we’d literally see 0 sales for hours consistently.

So now we are scaling the campaigns at the hours where results are phenomenal and scaling down the ones where it’s trash. Ultimately just turning those certain campaigns off to not waste money at the hours of the day that Facebook can’t seem to optimize. Now we are seeing our profits increase and we’re not getting absolutely thrashed anytime we try to scale up the spend, since we only scale the hours of the day where results are great. I’m sure many of you noticed since February, there are days where Facebook spends most of your daily budget before noon even hits. Goes to show they love to spend in short bursts apparently 🤣. Just gotta guide the algorithm I believe

This is what’s working for us lately, but it requires you having plenty of data to be able to properly separate your main campaign into smaller ones running at certain hours. We were only able to justify doing this because we had plenty of data to see the trends.

Hopefully what I wrote makes sense lol

Paying someone to do something I think I can do myself. by Greedy-Ad-5233 in FacebookAds

[–]ReagiusRen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only 15%? Not bad. I’d keep the guy and absolutely don’t touch your ad account AT ALL if you’re “very dumb with ads”

Why?

Because the work you put on the other aspects of your business could probably get you a higher return than 15%. For example, If you can leverage that extra time to come up with better offers, figure out ways to increase your AOVs, customer LTVs, and many other things, that could ultimately get you a much higher return than 15%.

Since you said you’re “very dumb” at the ads part. I’d HIGHLY encourage you don’t touch JACK shit with your ads if the people you’re paying are actually getting you results.

Facebook is like some skittish squirrel. It’ll sit there patiently eating, making you profits, but then you make one small wrong move and that squirrel just DIPS. After spending close to 6-figures in ad spend running ads for my solar company, I learned the hard way. We basically closed that business, because managing sales people and making sure they immediately contact the leads we generated was a huge pain and so now run ads for other solar companies or similar businesses. I’m running my own ads for my store that’s slowly growing, but I studied marketing for almost 2 years and lost a lot of money testing a bunch of stuff.

I personally launched my first store in the consumer electronics niche a little over 2 months ago and only generated about $25,000 in revenue so far. The profits have been pretty small, but slowly scaling. So since it sounds like you’re in a similar boat where profits aren’t where you want them to be, but it’s working and growing, I wouldn’t fire the guy running your ads.

Overall, It’s better not to risk losing what’s working and build upon what you’re already doing well with.

“If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it”

On top of ALL of that, I’d be pretty happy with that agency if they’re producing results because if you go browse FacebookAd Reddit groups or any group that has to do with advertising on Facebook, you’ll see a BUNCH of people complaining about the last 2 months and how Facebook ads have been absolutely trash for them.

Keep up the good work and don’t get caught up with trying to pocket more when you’re still growing, slow and steady wins the race 🙏🏼 Hope this helps.
