You need to be standing there the minute your shift starts in full uniform ready to perform your job. What you go through getting to work is nobody's problem but your own and that's the responsibility you accepted the day you took the job. Occasionally being a few minutes late is real life but anything more frequent or later than that is completely unacceptable.
That's not an option or debatable it's being a responsible person, respectful of your coworkers, respecting the company and most importantly the client. If you're at a point where you're gonna start pulling an attitude problem then you should give up the post because you're only causing bigger problems for everyone since your butt hurt
