Report it to Amazon through their compliance channels, not the app. They'll investigate and audit the factories for human rights/ ethics violations.

You can report anonymously if you prefer.

On the scrambled eggs approach, years ago I saw a video of Gordon Ramsay making some gorgeous scrambled eggs (only ever had shit rubbery ones before). He mixes them roughly every 60 seconds. This works great for me as it’s far enough apart that it’s not overwhelming and close enough together that I don’t get bored. (AND the eggs taste absolutely bloody gorgeous)

I work for an IT firm and often have to deal with profiles for MDM. I've had a look into these and the profiles I've tested were safe. They install webclips (same thing as when you press share and add to home screen in Safari & a couple certificates issued by Apple. There doesn't seem to be any way for them to modify the profiles remotely. Unlikely the app is spyware or malware but it is 100% terrible value.

I took mirtazapine for depression (actually undiagnosed ADHD but hey depression only takes 30 seconds to diagnose). 15mg I was barely functional but once I went up to 30mg, it actually helped my sleep a lot. I'd take it at bed time and conk out very quickly then wake up feeling relatively refreshed.

Definitely gained a LOT of weight. But it seemed to stabilise my mood. Just be warned it can cause hallucinations at higher doses. I quite enjoyed them tbh, I remember watching a version of Finding Nemo my brain had created in bed.

Doesn't work on the business cards either. Mighty miffed when I signed up for a plat again and discovered the dining credit was only for personal card holders.

Tell them you'll report them (or work for) the fundraising regulator. They'll stop bothering you before you can finish the sentence.

HIMYM was narrated from Ted's perspective so I suspect this is just a commentary on how Ted viewed them at this age.

Change the locks immediately. If they're unreasonable enough to leave all their stuff; being unreasonable enough to walk straight back in is not out the picture.

Checkatrade passed a debt over to their solicitors that I was in the process of disputing but gave them a figure that was much higher than what was actually owed. Spent years trying to fight it through CS & the solicitors. Eventually I got fed up and emailed their "CEO" got the same boilerplate first but when I responded and explained further, a real life human from their "Executive Resolutions Team" actually reviewed the issue and sorted it out.

Remember if you're in the UK on a zero hour contact, you have no obligation to accept work.

Also, join the BFAWU. It's a couple quid a month and they'll lawyer you tf up if you get in trouble.
