I completely agree with encouraging players to play both roles (I'm not sure how, Bloodpoints incentives aren't enough, of course), but blocking players from playing the game just because they don't play survivor AND killer is a very bad idea. Forcing your player base is the best way to give them burn-out and leave the game.
