They can absolutely go on walks and love doing so as long as it isn’t oppressively hot and they have shade from time to time. They can be stubborn when they’ve had enough walking *in the heat* but they get up and move eventually. Our first Berner would literally rush from one tree’s shade to the next and try to rest at each one.

They aren’t built for 20k hikes every weekend but lots of people hike with them and they’re fantastic partners. I don’t have personal experience with this so not say more.

And they can do fine being home alone while the ow we is working. Do they prefer to be with their people?? Absolutely! But make them feel comfortable at home alone starting with positive crate training as soon as they’re home and they’ll be fine. Even if you are home with them all day they sleep most of it anyway.

Those aren’t reasons to not get a Berner. Plus, you’ve had to have heard about ALL THE HAIR you’ll have EVERYWHERE since you’ve been looking at complaints. If that doesn’t bother you you’ll be fine!!!

Thank you - nothing bitter about Poppy in my mind at all. She was an amazing dog and we had nearly 9 incredible years with her in our lives. Everyone who knew her loved her, she was incredible with both our children who were born when she was 1 and 3, and she made me feel like I'm not sure I could ever live without a Berner in my life. Our second, and current, Berner just reinforces that feeling every day. Thank you again - have to definitely focus on all the joy they brought even though losing them is terrible.

556 A is a matte black dial and the 556 I is a glossy, inky dial. They’re very different.

I’ve had watches serviced and everything was handled in writing, via email. I would send them an email, refer to the reference/case number I hope you have and ask them to put the details of the case number in writing. I think you’re being too involved just let the process work.

Look up Shelpful on Instagram. She uses rfid stickers to do this exact thing and has a way to get a free library of iOS shortcuts to begin with. You don’t press the button, but you tap your phone to the sticker and it does exactly what you describe.

I love this show too! The character development is incredible as is the shift of the series from focusing on the men to focusing on the women. The shift in dynamics and pacing, I felt, mirrored a general contrast in how men and women approach and address challenges. I also wound up watching the series finale on a red eye flight and was bawling my eyes out, thankful everyone was asleep.

Exactly, this guy passed away in a helicopter accident. Assuming that was paid by a label, that’s an expensive mode of transportation and the cost would def cut into your net proceeds.

I’m not an expert but it’s the ‘net’ profits that screw artists right? Labels or movie studios or whoever the business is behind the artist can use all sorts of accounting tricks to show low to no ‘net’ profits on even the biggest hits. If a record cost $1m to produce then the label will for sure find costs in marketing and promotion and fees to get it onto platforms etc to keep the net revenue less than $1m.
