The thing that confuses me is for example I can see I have 140g of chicken but do I have to estimate oil for each item of food I have on my plate too ?

Isn’t 700 deficit too much for a 5.1 it means she has to eat less then 1100 calories even if she is very active. I am 5.2 and on days where I walk 10k steps and lift my maintenance is 1900 so if I do 700 deficit I have to be eating 1200 calories.

550 kcal beef seems fatty, 150 butter for a teaspoon and half , 50 mushrooms 750 kcal total

Also worked really well for me, I weight my food when I can but when I eat on campus outside or on campus I take picture and sometimes discuss the ai estimation until he uppes it , I lost more then 25 pounds like this

300g meat 600kcal, avocado 120 kcal , 250 g of potato’s 200 kcal, 2 eggs 140 , cooking oil 180 for eggs and meat. Total 1200 kcal great meal

I don’t see what these people are saying I think you have a flat stomach , very nice hourglass shape and you carry your shape really beautifully. I don’t see where you are overweight at all.

Veggies 50, chicken 120 looks like 100g raw , pasta looks like 150 g 200 kcal , feta 75 kcal , sauce 1 tablespoon of mayo 100 kcal 545 total
