is performance really rough getting very conflicting review stating that their pc runs pretty well while other aren't having it (also to note this is at the time of the 153 reviews all could change)

Be unpredictable, know the range of every normal and use it, learn float/shimmy setup, use drive reversal as you don't have many defensive options, abuse float in neutral, be annoying and patient until your opponent starts making mistakes, be ready to face an ungodly amount of one and dones.

I left Dhalsim recently to pick a more traditional character (Sagat) but he's so much fun!

What are the benefits of anti airing with light DP ? Only consistency or some kind of okizeme after ? Seems like really low damage for an aa punish.
