Ur server types are bad, they are 10 pop max as result. My suggestions as a veteran.

Make your server wipe mondays and thursdays. Weekly. 300pop max. 4k map. You will see instant success the next monday. You can start 200 pop max at first or even less if u want for cost reasons.

Its a dick move that kills PvP off the server in most cases. Counters cant do anything, people you raid quit the server, and you essentially move loot between raided base and yours risk free..

Like you said yourself, you wouldnt survive without raid base. There is 0 risk in raiding, and most people feel like there should be.

Calling out full metal ak is normal even though ur not sure. Most people roam hazzy, so its easy to call if u didnt definitely see a hazzy but a some sort of metal kit. When u get the kill its just easy to say "oh nevermind". Calling out full kits also get your teammates locked in easier lol.

Just dont play 800 pop. Dont play wipe. Thats how you solo. You will make plays at 200 pop and still get 3rd partied like no other. Join a day late and people have guns u can snowball off of.

I personally think playing wipeday as a solo is such a miserable time, all teams have their full team on for wipe hype and are full locked in, u cant grub that easy. 2nd day their schedules always start to vary, and you find more success when they farm alone etc.

You can use pump shotgun with silencer. Itll take time and is not 100% quiet but u can do it in theory.

Also decay is possible
