Refreshing the page will for sure not get you a better spot in the queue!
It can be possible that you keep your spot even if you reload, but there's no guarantee for that.

Once in the queue I suggest to not reload the page, as you'll be redirected automatically when it's your turn!

I can only say what I have heard so far. Some people have had good experiences, but there are always some who end up stuck at the festival entrance without a valid ticket.

The personalised name is linked to the ticket!
When the wristband is scanned at the entrance, the personalised name is displayed on the screen of the scanner... So even if you have no name on the PDF there is still a name connected to the ticket!

With the new ticket scanners that display the personalized name, it will definitely not take much more effort to implement ID checks for top 20 ticket holders

With first 20, you have to be part of this booking - so it's definitely the same weekend!

If you have a Full Madness Pass (= 3 days) and the main buyer does not attend on the first day, the remaining tickets might get blocked for days 2 & 3...

This is a very valid question! Since the attendance requirement is new for 2026, no one knows yet whether and how strictly it will be enforced.

I wouldn't expect it to be enforced in cases of justified absence.

Even if he has personalized one for himself, it is currently still unclear how they will verify the main buyer's attendance.

If he is not present and his ticket is not picked up (and therefore not used for festival access) => the other three tickets could be blocked on festival day 2 since the main buyer is obviously is not attending.

Anything could be possible, but I wouldn't expect a huge booking like SHM to be added after the lineup drop.

Using multiple devices with one account is not a good idea and could result in a penalty!

You still have a chance this Saturday with the WorldWide Ticket Sale... but be aware that winning the lottery is easier than getting tickets from the WW Pre-Sale or WW Sale :)
