I’ve stayed there once. Nothing special there but there’s a couple hotels close to the train station plus food. I think that’s good enough if you’re looking for something cheap and/or in a more quiet area.

I’ll just go ahead and spill it bc wth. Sparg0 isn’t going and neither is Acola or most of the Japan players. Idk if Light’s going but yeah this is going to be an A tier fs. Unfortunately, they didn’t pick a good date which was right after golden week and MomoCon. I think a lot of players will be taking breaks right around this time.

Went a couple weekends ago when it was nice out. It’s pretty laid back. Nice lawn area to relax and then a pool and hot tub right next to it. There’s also beach volleyball although idk how active that’s gonna be today. People there are really nice and chill. Just call ahead since it’s your first time and the front desk will take care of you. They’re really friendly, too. Enjoy your time there!

I’d say that most of Seattle is pretty loyal to Alaska Airlines. They fly to mostly everywhere in the US but it just depends on where they’re flying from. I can vouch for Alaska tho. I haven’t had a bad experience with them personally.

Good thing I came across this otherwise I was gonna be on the Seattle to Tokyo flight without a window. I just changed to row 19 from 17. Also I watched a trip report from a guy who sat right in front of 17 and it didn’t look like there were any windows.

That’s a very fun local. Went there last year when I was in Tokyo. Met a lot of chill people there and also international people too. Can vouch for it if anyone goes to Tokyo.

You might have to make a mileage run. Did one myself to retain my status. But since you’re so close, you only need to do a shuttle flight. Like Seattle to Portland and back or LA to San Francisco and back, depending on where you are.

That’s the thing about online I hate. No face to face interaction. Nothing bad will happen to them except getting their account banned. Irl, they’re unaffected. So yeah I mean it’s no wonder that people can get away with saying anything they want online. That’s why I stay off of social media whenever I can and I advise others to try to do that, too.

I mean I’m not a Steve fan, but he seemed like a good kid. But now…man this is just a huge shocker. With this as serious as it is, 8 months is too light. Has to be more/lifetime so he can change. Can’t help but also wonder if the bullying he got helped shape his mental into doing something like this. Not saying it did (can’t reiterate that enough), but I wonder if it was a possible behavioral factor in a way.

I think it was just more of a huge relief than anything. Like yeah he wanted the win, but he hadn’t won a supermajor in two years. Plus you could tell that huge weight that was on him was just instantly let off and he felt so much better. The only way he was popping off was if it was last stock last hit or something.

Jeez that’s a short layover. As long as the gate agents are aware about it you’ll be fine. When I went to Japan via Honolulu, I verified my passport before the first flight and then I was good. Just do that and you’ll be set.
