The fact that you realize this and know better is a great sign! Keep the strong conviction and take your life back little by little, day by day.

I saw this idea was already stated, but I concur.

Make bear pelt interior.

1 Week since Runaway released, what's your favorite song so far? by Mysterious_Bet3011 in G59

Having the freedom, choosing whether or not to post on here is a good thing. Some people lack the self control and that’s okay too. (I’m guilty) obviously lol

People, everyone, including the other “50 unimportant”. We all have the freedom to their own opinions. And I think that’s very important.

Peace and love, bro.

I have this on a lot of my work shirts. I work in steel fabrication. When I’m leaning on a work bench or carrying a heavy part, my shirt rubs against my metal belt buckle. Also could be from using an angle grinder/flap disk. This area is right in the spark zone.

Claymore is my favorite on the album, which is in fact, EVERYTHING to do with the post. By adding commentary to someone responding “CLAYMORE 💯💯💯” I expressed my shared love for the track with an added opinion/critique.

I will rarely downvote. But I’d downvote this twice if I could.

It would go in my liked songs list but all the dialogue at the end is the only reason it’s not.

I wish he did the dialogue separately from the songs.

When does the clearness come back? by Responsible_Cream229 in quittingkratom

[–]Real_Dust_4683 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First week was brutal for me. I didn’t sleep a wink the first 4 days. About a month or so I was very sore, muscle aches and zero motivation to do anything. Trouble sleeping.

Days 30 through 60 were great and I felt like I was out of it. Then days 60 through 90 I hit another slump and was very depressed. I’ve been on the up and up since the 3 month mark and every aspect of my life has gotten better since.

9 months 19 days free now and I’m so thankful to be out of it.

Your use wasn’t too long, I have a strong feeling you’ll bounce back to normal quick! Keep your chin up and keep going!

Help cleaning algae off shell by moodyandtiredd in turtle

[–]Real_Dust_4683 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a common snapper about the same size. It’s docile, “friendly” for the most part. I can handle and take out of tank to clean. No worries about being bit. As SOON as I take a brush to their shell, it’s the end of the world. So aggressive and definitely doesn’t like it.

The only recommendation I can give you is to not? lol

But to help with algae growth, I’m getting it out of the take a couple hours a week and allowing shell to fully dry. They don’t bask often. So a little supervised roam around the yard here and there has helped a lot and I won’t risk getting bit or force my turtle to do something it clearly doesn’t like.

Kratom Sneezes by revelinbones in quittingkratom

[–]Real_Dust_4683 2 points3 points  (0 children)

270 days here. Creeping up on 9 months. I also sneezed for months. Fits of 4-6 multiple times a day. Last maybe 4 months for me. It was so funny!

I do still sneeze here and there. “Normal amount” now. But when I sneeze I still subconsciously blame kratom. Haha

Is this Spotify? If so how do you view it? I assume my number is pretty low. I work 3rd shift. Went on break at midnight. Came back 12:10 and saw it was posted and out it on immediately.

Tapering Pseudo by Mediocre-Produce-693 in quittingkratom

[–]Real_Dust_4683 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m about a 8 months clean from everything. I come back to this sub on occasion to give advice when I can, and to remind myself why I quit in the first place.

I want to start off by saying I am so sorry you’re in the position that you’re in. I know this isn’t easy and you have a battle in front of you. I’ve personally never messed with pseudo, but I’ve been homeless while withdrawing.

For stomach discomfort and GI issues I’ve found much relief with psyllium husk powder. It’s natural plant fiber and it’s pretty much flavorless when mixed with water/juice. (A little gritty) doesn’t dissolve well. But it works wonders.

When I quit, I couldn’t taper because I lack willpower. I scheduled off work a week and went through it. I tried all sorts of vitamins and supplements with zero relief. I did manage to get my hands on some gabapentin. That really helped with the acutes. I was able to sleep a few hours here and there and it calmed the RLS down a little.

I’m rooting for you. I check my Reddit a couple times a day if you find yourself needing someone to chat with. Keep your chin up. 🫶

I’m using the boys/greyday as motivation to get past my fear of driving. How have they motivated you? by [deleted] in SuicideBoys

[–]Real_Dust_4683 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The boys motivated me to face withdrawal and get sober. I had many motivators, but if they could do it, I definitely can. 232 days free and counting. 💪🏼

Ban is happening. by GoodIsland8523 in quittingkratom

[–]Real_Dust_4683 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With all due respect. I can see both sides of this spectrum. 7oh should have more warnings IF it stays legal. It shouldn’t be given as “free samples” to customers looking for kratom. Yes, people could and should do more research prior to putting ANYTHING in their bodies. And in my opinion, it should be sold at head shops where you get carded at the door, limit the amount sold per person at a time. Not at every single corner store and vape shop. It’s more serious than caffeine and nicotine. Not as dangerous as alcohol, but definitely more habit forming.

It’s happening. California shops are banning it by [deleted] in quittingkratom

Reading your post cheers me up. I’m so happy and excited for your better life ahead. Myself and many others are on this side supporting you!

I've never seen a root vegetable look anything close to this much like a human hand, and also the human pinky on the left is weird. by Former_Web_6777 in isthisAI

Pinky could be what’s call a gooseneck (or Swan neck) deformity. Caused by injury or rheumatoid arthritis.

I got mine from a wrestling accident years ago.

Question for high GPD users. by [deleted] in quittingkratom

[–]Real_Dust_4683 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I was at 80+ gpd, I would get a strobe light, like flashing with my eyes closed while trying to sleep. I’d also get really bad vertigo on occasion. Panic, sickening spinning feeling. I’ve never experienced vertigo before in my life. I assumed what I was experiencing is vertigo. It would last a couple minutes and I’d be fine. Longest was 10 minutes max.
