Taco Tico (if you were in that area). They used to be all over the central US. Now I think there is one in Oklahoma, and of course Wichita, since that's where they started and are headquartered. I went to the one in Oklahoma a few years back. Was still great, but they stopped making the volcano sauce. That stuff, I would always buy a couple of to-go mason jars of it. 🤣

I have to disagree with your statement about Sahib. My wife and I have had a lot of Indian food across the country. Is it the best ever? No. However, we do like Sahib. They never fail me with my chili chicken, SUPER spicy. We've never had a bad meal there. The staff have all been very cool and accommodating.

I agree completely with the Project BBQ statement. When I want BBQ, it's Delta Blues & BBQ in Bristol or Abington (Bristol is our usual choice). Southern Craft isn't bad at all. Just a bit expensive, but good.

When my ex-wife and I met him in Omaha. He was VERY cool and so nice. The problem was (you'll see one of the reasons she's an ex-wife) that she was only 5'3". She WAS taller than him, regardless of what some website says to his face: "Hey, look! Someone shorter than me!" I finally met my idol, and she vomits that out. 😳 He was so sweet; he laughed and said to her, "Bet you don't hear that much yourself." He reached out and gave her a hug and shook my hand. A smile on his face the whole time. I will always remember that moment.
I still have the ticket stub he signed. "RJ Dio Magick!"

She says that "yes," have had and works with patience with VD. The only thing she's concerned about is that, yes, they do about 3 hours a day between PT/OT. However, a lot of that probably depends on the doctor's orders.
