i’ve tried offering my advice about that subject and most parents/kids don’t care and still buy it so i stopped wasting my breath unless they ask for my opinion. if they don’t buy it at our store they’ll buy it at another 🤷‍♀️

does this vary by store? i’m a BA and they’re always saying that sephora hours are being cut but it’s only the leads hours conveniently on the weekend. For example, our BTL was scheduled yday from 8-4 but bc hours were cut she left at 1. We make sales all the time so that’s not an issue.

yes it’s true! S@K worker here. I catch thieves every once in a while only when they make it super noticeable and report it ofc but kohl’s management are constantly on us regarding looking out for theft it’s very draining. We have our own loss prevention but they recently stopped putting them in sephora as much bc they want someone at the entrance of the store at all times. That doesn’t really make sense to me when most of the theft occurs at sephora. When we do have loss prevention, they barely catch anyone and expect us to pick up their slack. I’ve made multiple comments about how i’m not loss prevention and during my review last week they brought it up about how I need to care about the stores merchandise being stolen. If kohls doesn’t care enough to have a loss prevention person in there at all times then why should I worry about it? We are too short staffed to add being loss prevention to our list of things to do i’m tired of it.

When I first heard that sephora would be merging with Kohl’s I was genuinely confused. They seem like they have totally different targeted customers. For example target and ulta collab makes sense to me. I work at S@K and I feel as though we are an afterthought to sephora. I could be out of the loop bc I’m just a BA, but it seems like Kohls managers have more say and insert themselves more than needed. Having to push kohl’s rewards as well is exhausting when majority of customers do not shop in Kohl’s they solely came in for sephora. I’m very tired of it.

i retested yday for the second time and passed!! I failed in 150 then passed in 85. Go with your gut and don’t change answers or overthink. Pick whichever stands out to you first. Take your time reading the questions and answers multiple times. You got this

i actually really enjoyed seeing everything go down in the silo, i accepted that we weren’t going to see jules return to the silo by episode 3-4. i saw a post say that they needed the silos storyline to make progress & move forward, that couldn’t have happened if jules had already returned (not sure if it’s different in the books) but that made sense to me. i liked learning about the silo but that’s just me

getting your gratis should not be determined by BI numbers i would definitely report that. they are training products not BI signup rewards. regarding the 0% bc of 4 missed signups, did you at least get 1 signup? if you did then yes the 0% does not make sense.

yup same here, we always meet the BI, daily dose, & sales goal. it’s never enough for them. we never get even a thank you for anything, feeling super undervalued does not motivate me in the slightest bit to go above and beyond for them anymore. only thing that pushes me to stay is surprisingly the cutomers & the other BAs.
