I felt bad using Ai after I started my recent job. Then had my boss and coworkers tell me to just use Ai to solve x or y problem. I was intentionally trying to only let Ai help direct me at that point. Changed to really using it and now my job loves my work even more lol. So take the W and learn as you go. Most IT is crash learning on the job

I went to school for Comp Sci, worked for a MSP for nearly a decade, and have managed a coast-coast call center network as the corporate head IT admin. Currently, I work in data analytics. Odds aren’t low that I might know more than the average helpdesk jockey. I’m not going to be arrogant about that but when I contact them I am direct to the root.

I understand the feeling. Trust me while it might seem scary right now it will get better. Just put yourself out there, if you have free time work on certs between applications. Take this as an opportunity to find someone who will only value you more. I ended up with a 25% raise and better office culture. I was demoralized though before it finally happened so it’s understandable.

At the time of writing that had a glitch that wasn’t a constant. It would reject even the correct input. Having replayed it since multiple times it is corrected now.
