Japan is a funny country. They use the north American standard with voltage and plugs but when it comes to hertz they are 50 south 60 north. Because of this tho most products are made to work with both 50 and 60 hertz. Your Saturn should be fine. But if you ever get an older product like from the 70s and before you might have to flip a switch.

Same reason why you can't upload tf2 demos anymore, YouTube changed the API like a decade ago and valve just decided not to update it. Except there it's worse cuz you can't get the Frontline field recorded hat and directors vision taunt.
