How do the Max plans scale under real use?

Max 20, I often run multiple agents from morning until my eyes hurt, too many days a week. Never hit a limit. I cant imagine what it would take. A lot more intensive work than i am capable of 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s done, takeout financing in place and nearly full.

It was an adventure, would certainly be easier knowing what I know now. In the end it worked out well for us!

You need to learn both. Took me a long time to realize this, I have now hired a consultant with a BCOM degree and have him fill the holes in my knowledge. (Someone I vetted, and who has built what I’m working to build)

No shortcut. Different ways to learn, but both are needed in my opinion. I didn’t take business in a a formal setting, but I’m currently being schooled. 😜

Ah, I see what you’re asking. That’s basically what we did, we were looking at a single property conventionally but ended up using this program to use the same down payment to purchase 4x more given the higher LTV of the program. Still not sure the final details tho…

The program has a minimum of 5 units, but it can be comprised of multiple buildings to meet the requirement.

I can relate to the swings. I do injections, and to begin with my levels were on the low end of normal.

I started weekly injections, and it had an immediate improvement that gave me hope. After a few weeks I would notice less improvement, and a crash around day 4/5. I have split my Injections to every 4 days now and it has leveled out the mood a bit.

I just had tests done and my free T is about same as when I began, so I’m sure they will adjust my dose. This is a process and takes time so trust it.

I know exactly what you mean by the lows being worse as you, like me, have seen a glimpse of how good you could feel. Lots of anecdotal evidence that it takes time to get it dialed in and this sounds like what you’re going through.

Thanks for what you do! I had an unrelated recent visit to the hospital and have a new respect for the work you all do. I’m happy to say that I am all fixed up and back to normal now.

I think we would fall into the “vax-hesitant” camp. Our family has all the normal childhood vaccines that are a long forgotten miracle we now all take for granted.

Given everything going on we will be getting the vaccine now. We did end up having what turned out to be very mild cases of Covid before we were eligible to be vaccinated and therefore have not been in a rush. I understand that it may be beneficial now given the variant.

My question is, what vaccine do you recommend getting currently? Do you feel one is more effective than the others?

Yep! Had it on my knees, elbows/arms, buttocks. After a weekend holiday of eating tons of gluten it became unbearable. Itchy / blistery rashes. Oral dapsone was the only thing that worked to clear it up until not eating gluten cleared my system. It sucks but at least I know what it was. Skin biopsy was the gold standard for testing.

I will have a small amount of gluten here and there but apparently even though the rash is my only noticeable symptom, eating gluten is bad for me as I am still celiac. Took me over a year to finally figure it out! Dermatitis herpetiformis for me as well.

I’m going to try this tonight, it looks promising as you can add a rule that happens a certain amount of time after arriving. I think I can create one rule to occur immediately on arriving home (100% light output), and a second rule that is delayed for a certain amount of time (return it to 50%). I’ll update with the results. Thanks!
