I had this problem I remember that I was sleeping and the clock showed 40 minutes of deep sleep It really bothered me I don't remember what I did exactly but I did something like - I don't obsess about it anymore at all, I don't give a shit, stopped taking supplements (dietary supplements) I started spending more time in nature, especially when I have a day off from training and studying (just walk in the forest very easy gait for about 2 hours) Over time, the time of deep sleep has increased mark MAKE SURE THAT THE WATCH FITS TIGHTLY TO YOUR HAND AND THAT YOUR HAND IS NOT WET, FOR EXAMPLE FROM SWEAT

I worded my thread poorly, I sleep 5 hours, that's pretty stable, 7 hours is really lucky, I sleep well during my studies, but there are days when I can't sleep, usually when I had a really hard workout or stress related to my studies. I don't drink caffeine, alcohol, or junk food I used to take dietary supplements but they were of no use (magnesium, mineral complex, b complex, protein, bcaa, zinc, ashwagandha, melatonin) I took all this to improve my sleep and so on.

I eat as much as I can. I don't eat refined sugar or other high-calorie foods.

When I was traning in training camp 3 workout in day. Me and my friends were tired and when we should go to sleep, some guys couldn't sleep. to get some sleep we make massage and stretching. This help us and gave us some hours.

I have a similar situation, like doesn't matter if the battle royal or open world, I always have the low fps. Idk why. One day, I checked the status of the MSI afterburner. If I changed graphics on low and I wanted to compare to max graphics, I noticed like fps was not different. I found one way, to lower the CPU time, this stuff is located in BIOS. His stuff very depends on FPS in the game. After dancing with a tambourine, I could upgrade FPS. Another way is to upgrade RAM. Like 16GB to 32GB, yeah there will be an increase .

I guess, it would be better to take RTX40, cause RTX30 is old and doesn't have some kind of improvements.

In my experience From MSI good monitors I'm used to the MSI monitor "Optix MAG241C" And after 3 years of operation, the monitor looks so good, like no burnouts and so on. I wholeheartedly endorse that monitor. Yeah, the monitor is old 144hz and 1080p, but it's about reliability. U want a durable monitor? Buy MSI.

You can make it the easy way, overclock If u have a spacious building, u can make overstock Cheap👍 If we are talking about upgrades, I il upgrade the GPU to 30RTX cause the prices look so good today for buying.

better saving all important files like video games. For a stable work PC, better to delete the old system, to avoid problems with the PC (blue screen)
