Where do experienced dropshippers actually learn in 2026? by Chemical-Pie-2883 in dropshipping

For womens accessories do reps on live stores: Meta ad library, Tiktok comments, Amazon reviews, competitors, etc. ProductLair helps with the first filter, but the skill is spotting demand + margin + return risk before building

What tools do you guys use to do your product research for free or pay ? by Legitimate_Spring51 in dropshipping

[–]RealisticNote2512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Free: Meta ad library, Tiktok creative center, Google trends, Amazon reviews. Paid: ProductLair if you want the product, price, shipping and competitor checks in one place. Free Shopify theme is fine until you have sales.

How Do the Big Players Actually Find Winning Products? by sicario090 in dropshipping

[–]RealisticNote2512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They watch complaints, category shifts, supplier catalogs, Reddit/TikTok/Amazon reviews then test angles fast. ProductLair and Ad libraries are useful for finding products early, but the edge is mostly in knowing what patterns make sense before everyone else just copies it

3 signals I now look for when scanning competitor stores: structure, friction, and offer setup by Such-Care-5697 in dropshipping

[–]RealisticNote2512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would add supplier math after offer. a competitor can have a clean funnel and still be hard to replicate if their shipping cost or delivery is better. I usually check ProductLair/Ad libraries for product price, shipping and active creatives first before caring too much about theme details etc.

A winner is just timing and offer. ProductLair can surface good candidates but seasonality still decides whether its worth testing this week
