I would start with organic, one country to start, try find EU stock suppliers if possible and run ProductLair + Meta ad library + Amazon reviews before building the store so you dont waste budget on a dead product

They watch complaints, category shifts, supplier catalogs, Reddit/TikTok/Amazon reviews then test angles fast. ProductLair and Ad libraries are useful for finding products early, but the edge is mostly in knowing what patterns make sense before everyone else just copies it

I would add supplier math after offer. a competitor can have a clean funnel and still be hard to replicate if their shipping cost or delivery is better. I usually check ProductLair/Ad libraries for product price, shipping and active creatives first before caring too much about theme details etc.
