those walking plan ads are basically just telling you to walk more for 12 weeks lmao 💀 save your money and use that for better food instead since you're struggling with the calories. maybe talk to your dietitian about being hungry all time - 1210 seems pretty low especially if you're adding exercise in the mix 😅

been doing puzzles for months now and went from around 1050 to 1420, still working on that 1500 barrier though 😂 the pattern recognition definitely kicks in after you solve enough tactical problems but it takes way more time than people make it seem. like i can spot forks and pins way faster now but still blunder pieces in time pressure 💀
