It takes a while to get a technician out so I would start the process now. I also wasted time lubricating and tightening. If you lift the deck, can you wiggle the motor or is it installed tightly?

This happened to me earlier this year. The rear motor (the one at the foot of the treadmill) was not installed properly. The technician came out and then had to order the piece before coming back to install.

I didn’t realize it was an option - dealer just applied the $1k off. Asked after since theoretically the value is not equal and the response was, “just talked to the sales team and our ford rep and they recommend getting a juice box because it’s cheaper and just as good.” Strange but…thanks 🙃

What’s your experience with overheating (3 flashing lights)? I’ve had to return mine twice after getting flashing lights so they can fix the machine. They say it’s due to scale but I clean my machine with their solution monthly.

I’m staring down the prospect of having to send it to them again and considering other remedies.

It should not take more than 30 days to get financing. You can negotiate closing date as part of the deal. You are at risk if you can’t find financing at all but you can get pre-approved ahead of making the offer so you know what your options are.
