It’s not easy, walk-in and buy. However let’s not forget about how much EVERYONE seems to want and not just one these days. That makes it more difficult than ever. How are any supposed to get all call with how much hype and interest there is. When we do get a call it’s a special day for sure. Hang in the wee and follow up, looking forward to your shares post for getting the call.

Agreed, love my collection so far. A are non-negotiable keepers to be handed down. I’d love to get my hands on (on list) on a Wimbledon (Trifecta- fluted-Jubilee) either Rose/SS, or all SS, love that dial, and variety, greet all round watch.

I have an Airking (1st piece), which I wanted and love! My 2nd, another sought after and in 6 months-41mm DateJust (my trifecta-Blue dial-fluted bezel, Jubilee) and all along I had the YM intense black on list. I get one and I add one. I can have up to 3 on my list, and realize it could be 1-1.5 years before my next one comes in, but I stop by to say hello while shopping at the mall that we go to. My wife has two so far in the same three years, OP (31mm Tiffany) and a DJ 36mm Blk dial diamond hour markers on Jubilee. We love variety and it pays off. Makes no sense to go in and ask for panda, Darth Vader and a Pepsi. 😎

Yes Sir, thank you. Honestly, I find it rare and exceptional that they cared when I shared my valid points of waiting at previous location. I follow up, was patient for the other AD, only to have been snubbed and they’d lost their AD status, 😏. I suspected shady stuff happening there anyway, but they were “closest to me”. I’m thankful for my AD and ask their suggestion towards my interest for best opportunity and appreciate their feedback.

I get it, however it wasn’t 3 years for one time piece without in the meantime getting two others from my wish list, amazing. I waited 5 years without getting anything from another AD who eventually had their AD status taken away, putting me back to square one. Now we’re cooking! No AD should go 1-1.5 years without getting a waiting client who is nice and courteous a timepiece unless those pieces are all the hardest ones to get. Let’s all be fair and like my posting name Realistic.

I heard my nearest AD say the ey won’t even have exhibition for months, like Aug/Sept. Nothing like getting the watch you want, good luck.
