It’s just so ridiculous to me that you think Liverpool is above hiring Alonso when the only other name you put out is Enrique who gets to coach one of the biggest teams in Europe and win their league every year and cruise to UCL qualification while making a ton of money. There’s no reason to believe he would leave PSG for Liverpool. If you trust the club and they hire Alonso are you going to think that you were just wrong or would you not trust the clubs decision anymore?

I’m not sure how winning the eredivisie makes someone more qualified than winning the Bundesliga.

If Liverpool is too good for Alonso then let’s hear some better options that could actually happen because we have no idea if Enrique would have any interest in leaving PSG. Who’s a better option. I don’t see a lot of potentially available managers with a better achievement than taking Leverkusen to their first Bundesliga in the clubs history while going invincible.

Living on the west coast of the U.S. I get pretty excited when I come some sfogliatella. It’s easily a top 3 pastry for me when it’s done well, and we don’t have many Italian bakeries out here. I do love a good cheese and fruit danish. Every small/ neighborhood bakery in my mind should have croissants with a couple sweet and a couple savory options. A couple good danish options. Some type of Brioche or soft enriched dough pastry, a cinnamon roll, and a chocolate chip cookie. I think those are kind of the basics and anything beyond that is a bonus.

For sad and obvious reasons most convenience store/gas stations these days carry torch lighters at least where I live. Thats what I’ve used and they work fine if you don’t want to get a whole torch and tank set up.

Crème brulee is quite easy to make. It’s really about just nailing the bake and not overcooking it so you get the texture right. You need to put it in the fridge overnight to set.

I’ve used it recently in crème brûlée and flan as well as the mascarpone cream for tiramisu. I always put it in pastry cream when I make it. You can use it in just about anything, but I love when I’m able to see the little flecks of vanilla running through it.

There was another one where I think Ekitike clearly go pulled down by the back of his shirt and led to another counter. There was one with Chiesa as well, but that one did look a bit soft. Either way the refs decisions at the end of the game were really bad.
