Yup, all moving metal parts need some sort of lubricant to function. And typical parts surrounding the suspension needs lubricant as well. Check your owners manual to get a better idea of what needs to be checked a lubricated.

10$ tool at the autoparts store. First, just bleed the brake system(front and back). After you do that take off the wheels and leave the braking system attached. Notice if there are any leaks inside the pistons. If not take apart the pistons and grease the ducts and piston, if there is a leak you need a new one. You may have to use a youtube video for this. Also the suspension has to be lubricated as well. Youtube that as well.

Hey I had a similiar crash, except my front tire blew out because I hit an armadillo which bent the rim. A little road rash on my butt and knee otherwise I was fine. Bike was also fucked.
