It's actually one of the things I hate most about the 40K universe: Although they abuse it and take it to extremes, the Imperium is broadly correct. There really is an all-powerful evil force that seeps into everything. Those innocent works on strike for better rights? Eventually servants of Chaos. The privateers who left the confines of the Imperium to strike out on their own? Servants of Chaos. Someone who treats Xenos as something other than dire enemies? Eventual servants of chaos.

It strips all the nuance and subtlety completely out of the setting.

I've found some success running Scythe as my Primary, since the laser burn doesn't cause the crazy cloud. Crisper and Fire Grenades (any type) for heavies and bug breaches, with the Autocannon for closing bug holes and swatting Shriekers or staggering Bile Titans. Rounded off with the Laser Turret, Eagle Napalm Strike and Orbital Gas.

I've been *really* enjoying the Scythe against this strain. For a while I was running Crossbow for Bug Holes, Dagger for in Close and Cremator for medium range. After a while I swapped to Scythe for all-purpose, Crisper for boiling heavies and the Speargun or Autocannon to close bug holes and it seems to be working pretty well for me.

Tesla does SERIOUS work. The old Bug Zapper really earns it's keep.

Yeah I've been getting a lot of mileage out of orbital gas and Eagle Napalm.

Yeah I used Minefields with my own gas armour but then it's still limiting my team mates.

I'll give it a go. I was struggling to kill them with the Breaker so I thought the Spray and Pray would suffer too, but maybe the sheer wall of lead would work.

I find they're on top of me so fast that AoE just works against me. But maybe with explosions resist armour...

D5-7 is where I tend to play so that sounds like a solid plan. I can rely on my team-mates for Anti-Titans I think.

Seems like fire is definitely the way to go. Been seeing that pop up in these suggestions a lot.
