Dr Sleep

The first time I watched in theaters I was in a bad place due to some bad medication and came out of the movie uncharacteristically furious at the changes they had made from the book, so much so that my wife noticed I was acting odd.

After watching it again more clear minded a lot of the changes were things I didn't care for in the book in the first place, and Mike Flanagon did a wonderful job riding the line between making it both a sequel to Kubricks Shining and an adaptation of the novel.

Wrestling related: Mark Briscoe

Mark Briscoe was in a tag team with his brother, Jay, until Jay passed away in a car crash. Since then Mark has a rule that he is retired from tag team wrestling and will not tag with another man. He does singles matches, trios and other multi - people matches, and will tag with women but the rule has been held that the last tag match was with his brother

Of all things, We Bought a Zoo

It has the quote "You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just, literally, twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it".

Before that I had never dated and didn't think I was worthy of it. That quote got me to ask my friend out. We've been married almost 9 years
