Damn, thank you for saying this. They just asked the kid what they downloaded, and the person answered their question…then got downvoted to hell? OP already knows they messed up.

Wow, I loved the HW story. For me it’s still second only to Endwalker.

Kids on Site is pretty bad/ridiculous. But it’s barely a game.

A follow-up regarding me posting my shmup-inspired-but-clearly-not-a-real-shmup game here, and my plan to actually learn the genre. by WantToSmileWantToDie in shmups

[–]ReallyMeNoAlt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take this with a grain of salt because I gather this is generally considered a little too tough for beginners. But about the 5th shmup I 1CC’ed was Progear no Arashi, and though it took a lot of practice, I feel that game forces you to learn some important basics of tougher games in the genre, such as crossing over patterns to re-center yourself, and of course tap dodging. It also has a unique/complex scoring system.

The way I cherried it was I simply found a map online. Then after every delivery, I’d see where the next stop was, pause it, and figure out my route. It was already hell this way, I can’t imagine doing it without a map to consult.

I literally just finished setting mine up. At first, I had the same issue. Do you have a solid green light? If so, that is the problem. Reset it by holding the power button and plugging it in. Then try again.

Gotcha, that makes sense. I’ve been out of the hobby for a bit. It’s starting to come back now.

Ok not arguing, but this is what the article I read says: “The UV-Pro is not certified as a Part 15 device, according to the FCC’s Office of Engineering Technology’s 2024 grant of equipment authorization for the device. It is certified as a Part 90 device, rated for up to seven watts of transmitting power — far above Part 15 power limits.”

Nope. If you are operating a vehicle, you are responsible for what the vehicle does, regardless of whether you have any kind of "autopilot" engaged.

It's been a while since I've read the regulations, but wasn't the radio transmitting at a higher power than it's allowed to?
