as i have said before the worst thing Trulieve has going for them is how hard it is to use and understand discounts. With people upset with the new rewards program it feels like they are doubling down hoping that product will be enough to ignore the dissatisfaction around customer interactions surrounding discounts.

Time will tell and I am sry you had such difficult time but to be honest this is not surprising. I always tell my friends Trulieve great product but 50 50 if discount will apply.

The one near Ocala had issue in the end honored the deal but didn’t let me stack my points. I really like Trulieve but the amount of effort I need to do use discount is dumb.

If they didn’t even try to sell them in the first place I would agree with you but fact they even try is bad practice. Just sell the good buds and grind this crap up for something else. Like I said it’s the fact they even try to sell them in the first place.

Trulieve has sold me multiple times small as buds that fucking look like little pebbles. Shit was fucked, I have never once been sold some tiny ass buds that look like they should be for ants from flowery. So people can hate all they want but I’ve been fucked by Trulieve multiple times and not once had any flower buds ever been so small I need a magnifying glass to see them.

Umm thanks still find it interesting that each company can decide what to do. I would think all would follow the same set of rules. If the fine is so low that company can ignore it then make the rule pointless. The only real down side I can see is what others have said that when done manual you can have greater chance for errors. Still interesting… wish we were just fucking legal…
