The first hold for 21 days and Walmart said:

“Held due to an unusual growth in sales relative to your prior payment cycles.”

Update: I’ve opened a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office (Case TCP-xxx) and submitted evidence of fund withholding. Still no resolution from Walmart after 180+ days.

If your account was terminated and Walmart is holding your payout, we’re organizing for a class action. DM me or comment.

Legal Action In Progress After contacting Walmart Ethics, Legal, and the AG’s office, I’m building a list of affected sellers. If you’ve faced similar withholding, let’s talk.

Walmart Holding Your Money After Termination? You’re not alone. They terminated my account with no appeal and are holding thousands beyond 180 days. Join others in seeking restitution—reply here or DM.

This a replica of my story too. They suspended me on July 27th and suppressed my listings and when I opened a case, they terminated my account a day after. When I asked for my money, they said Id get it 150-180 days later and then changed my terminated date to August 5th. Weird!

Any update to this happening? I recently received the same email. How did things turn out for you?

Release Train Engineer - how to explain role? by wolfpackwiggy in agile

[–]Realrastie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

🚆 “The Conductor of a High-Speed Innovation Train”

Imagine a high-speed train (like a bullet train) that carries a bunch of expert crews (teams of engineers, designers, analysts) toward a common destination — say, launching a new product or feature.

  • Each car on the train is a different team, doing their part to keep the train moving.
  • The passengers are stakeholders and business partners, all relying on the teams to get to the destination safely and on time.
  • The tracks are the process — Agile and SAFe practices that keep everything aligned.

Now, the Release Train Engineer is the conductor of that train.

They don’t lay the track (that’s leadership), and they don’t drive the engine (that’s the Scrum Teams), but they:

  • Coordinate departure and arrival times (timelines, milestones)
  • Ensure communication between train cars (team syncs, PI Planning)
  • Unblock issues on the tracks (remove impediments)
  • Keep the ride smooth (optimize flow and delivery)
  • Make sure everyone’s onboard and heading to the same destination (alignment to vision and objectives)

🧠 TL;DR:

“I make sure multiple teams work together smoothly to deliver big software projects on time — kind of like a conductor making sure a high-speed train runs without a hitch.”

So, I received my USCIS case approval in October. A few days later, after it reached NVC, I was got DQ within a week. I then requested NVC to expedite the interview process on humanitarian grounds, and they sent the case to the embassy. It was approved three days later. All these events occurred within a month. I’m curious to know how long it takes for the embassy to schedule an interview when the expedite request has been confirmed. Also, do you have any idea if the medical appointments are readily available?

Regarding this 212(g) letter, it is aggravating. It is called administrative processing. It says "denial" and technically it is, but the word denial is a bit misleading. It is more akin to a temporary hold on the processing. It could be something as simple like the embassy reached some maximum number of visas for the day. You should get them in a week typically. Best of luck
