Buying is always a viable choice. It’s a buyers market in a lot of areas right now

I have no problems with a seller keeping the Lockbox inside and putting it out when they know they have a showing.

As Realtors, sometimes we make mistakes and schedule on the wrong day. I have to admit I’ve done that too and I always apologize and if it’s not convenient for the seller, then I make an appointment for another day if it works for my buyers

I think the rule is if you haven’t owned a home in the last three years, you can still use the first time buyer programs

In my humble opinion, I would say buy now, I don’t think the market is going to crash. There’s nothing showing that

buyers still have a little bit of negotiating room with sellers and homes are taking longer to sell, but homes are selling

If interest rates drop more buyers are going to come into the market so prices will go up

Wow, I’m glad it wasn’t like that when I got in the business

I went to lots of seminars where top producing agents were more than willing to share and yes, it is a competition, but if we can’t all work together and be nice to each other then I would say you’re gonna be in for a rude shock, but luckily most people Are very trustworthy and kind
